Our 8-Week Preschool Yoga Curriculum is thoughtfully designed for children ages 3–6, combining imaginative movement, mindfulness, and gentle structure to support growing bodies and big emotions.
Each week builds on familiar class flow while introducing playful themes that keep preschoolers engaged, regulated, and excited to move.
