Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products (Curriculum, Downloads & Training)

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our digital products, all digital sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

• Curriculum and lesson plans

• Printable resources

• Training materials or digital courses

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at [your email] and we will be happy to assist you.

Physical Products (Yoga Dots, Kits & Equipment)

All physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@littleyogisacademy.ca with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

If approved, we will provide a replacement for the affected items.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
