Our School Age Yoga Curriculum for Grades 1–3 is designed for children ages 6–9 who are developing independence, emotional awareness, and confidence in group settings. Through yoga, mindfulness, games, and meaningful themes, students learn how to move their bodies with intention, manage their emotions, and build strong social connections.

This curriculum blends movement and mindfulness in a way that feels engaging, age-appropriate, and empowering — never overwhelming.

What’s Included in the Curriculum

  • Full-Body Warm-Up

  • Yoga Postures
A focused sequence of poses connected directly to the weekly theme.

  • Yoga Games
Interactive games that engage students as a whole group, in partners, or in small teams.

  • Affirmations
Positive statements that support self-love, confidence, and a growth mindset.
