Why Parent & Me Yoga Works
Our Toddler Yoga Curriculum is thoughtfully designed for children ages 18 months - 2.5 years who are beginning to explore independence, emotions, and movement in a group setting. Through imaginative play, music, yoga poses, and mindfulness, toddlers learn to move their bodies, express their feelings, and build confidence — all in a joyful, pressure-free way.
This program meets toddlers exactly where they are: curious, energetic, and still learning how to regulate their bodies and emotions.
What’s Included in the Toddler Curriculum
Each themed lesson includes:
Simple Yoga Poses designed for toddler bodies
Music & Movement Activities that encourage participation
Playful Yoga Games using scarves, props, and visuals
Introductory Breathing Exercises to support self-regulation
Calm-Down & Transition Moments to close each class
Lessons are designed to be short, dynamic, and repeatable, helping toddlers learn through familiarity and routine.
