About Me

HI! My name is Kerry and have 30 years of teaching yoga to those 0-100! I have been working with children throughout my life in one way or another. After having my first baby I realized the enormous progress that is made during these years awe-inspiring the experience can be in an environment that fosters proper development
I have experience with all ages (0-12); as a teacher and as a yoga/mindfulness and movement instructor for children, adults and families.
I am lucky enough to be blessed with three beautiful children, a 23 year old daughter, and twin boys who are 17 year old as well as a 3 years old grandson. I have one more baby named Mylo, my puppy who is my right hand dog!
