Let’s begin our Lucky Little Yogis adventure!

🌈 Start with the Little Yogis Welcome Song

Starting your yoga time with a consistent routine helps children transition from busy classroom energy into a calm and focused mindset.

Invite children to sit in a circle and begin with the Little Yogis Welcome Song. This familiar song helps create a sense of connection and signals that yoga time has begun.

For your St. Patrick’s Day class, invite children to imagine they are sitting in a magical green meadow while a rainbow slowly appears in the sky.

You can listen to the Little Yogis Welcome Song here.

Go on a Lucky Little Yogis Adventure

Children love storytelling, and themed yoga flows make movement feel like a magical journey.

Tell students they are going on a search for a leprechaun’s pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Along the way, they will move through different yoga poses.
